Day 1 USA - Xiamen

Board an international flight bound for China. Cross the International Date Line.

Day 2 Xiamen

Arrive in Xiamen. Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the luxury hotel for rest and relaxation. Widely known as the "Garden in the Sea", the City of Xiamen impresses people by both embracing the sea and being embraced in the sea. Islands holding caves, rocks strewing in the plants, mountains surrounded and the envisaged.

Day3 Xiamen - Gulangyu Island - Xiamen

After breakfast, a morning excursion takes us to Gulangyu Island by ferry. Praised as a “Garden on the Sea”, Gulangyu (Isle of Blown Waves), enlisted on the top ten tourist attractions in Fujian Province, the island is covered with dense forests, strewn with European style buildings. Our sightseeing tour takes us to Shuzhuang Garden and Piano Museum. Shuzhuang garden with southern Chinese characteristics and oceanic wisdom of connotation and tolerance in it. Return to Xiamen in the afternoon via Island Circling Road, visit the Hulishan Fortress, the ancient Nanputuo Temple, first established in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), an ancient temple built to dedicate to Guanyin, the Goddess of Mercy. Then, stroll along the main commercial street of the city, Zhongshan Road. For dinner, the Xiamen local specialty cuisine will be served.

Day 4 Xiamen - Huaan Earthen Houses - Xiamen

After breakfast, we drive to Huaan. Visit the historic Huaan Dadi Tulou Cluster, one of the most magnificent and the symbol of all earthen houses, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its culture. A miracle in architecture, Earthen Houses, Tulou in Chinese, in the mountainous areas of Fujian Province. The architectural structure, carvings, examples of ancient calligraphy, pillar couplets of these dwelling houses reflect the wisdom and creativeness of the people. When you visit the unique buildings of the world in the countryside scenery, you can hardly tear yourself away from them. Taste farmer banquet as lunch. Return to Xiamen in the afternoon, visit Jimei College Village. Then we tour Xiamen Laoyuanzi Scenic Area, it is a popular spot to tourists all around the world. We visit the Laoyuanzi Folk Culture Park and enjoy the “Legend of Southern Fujian” show. Tonight you enjoy the Xiamen local seafood cuisine.

Day 5 Xiamen - Quanzhou - Mt. Wuyi

In the morning, we continue Xiamen's tour with a visit to the beautiful Bailuzhou Park, and with stops at Wuyuanwan Wetland. Drive to Quanzhou with a history of more than 1000 years. You will tour Kaiyuan Temple first built one thousand years ago and as famous as Guangji Temple in Beijing and Lingying Temple in Hangzhou, Marine Museum which shows the history of the communication between the local people and the overseas nations. In the afternoon, we take high speed train to Mt. Wuyi. Mt. Wuyi, located in Chong'an County, northern Fujian Province, is a well-known scenic and historical site under state protection. It was inscribed on the List of the World Natural and Cultural Heritage by UNESCO. With high peaks and winding streams, the mountain with an average height of 650 meters presents the best scenery in Southeast China. Upon arrival at Wuyishan, head to Wuyishan Square. Enjoy the local famous Wuyishan Tea Banquet for dinner.

Day 6 Mt. Wuyi

In the morning, we tour Tianyou Peak. It covers an area of 4 square kilometers. The main attractions include Tianyou Peak, Yunwo, Yinping Peak, Cloth-drying Cave, Yi-lan Pavilion, Chadong and etc. At the Yi-lan Pavilion you will be intoxicated by the amazing scenery. In the afternoon, our sightseeing tour includes visits Jiuqu River (Nine Twist Stream), we willexperience the exciting bamboo rafts on the famous Nine-Bends Stream. Tour Wuyi Palace, Clouds Break, Tea Cave, Song Dynasty street and Zhu Xi's Memorial House. For dinner we will be served the local famous Wuyishan local flavor. At night, enjoy a special outdoor “Impression Dahongpao Show”, the show is directed by Chinese famous director Zhang Yimou.

Day 7 Wuyi - Fuzhou

This morning, we continue our sightseeing tour in Wuyishan. The Shuilian Cave, Tianchejia and Dahongpao Scenic Areas will be visited. Take high speed train to Fuzhou, the capital city of Fujian Province. For dinner we taste the famous local cuisine.

Day 8 Fuzhou - Haikou

After breakfast you will tour the scenic West Lake, the Former Residence of Lin Zexu, a national hero in the Qing Dynasty. Tour the Temple at Mt. Gushan, a sacred place of the Buddhists, and the city. Drive to Fuzhou Airport and fly to Haikou, Hainan Province.

Day 9 Haikou - Xinglong

After breakfast, you will tour Temple of Five Lords, built in memory of the celebrities in the Tang Dynasty. Drive by the Wanquan River and view the statues of the Red Detachment of Women. Take a boat ride at Wanquan River, a visit to the Permanent Venue of the Bo’ao Forum for Asia and board the Jade Beach. Drive to Xinglong, visit the Tropical Botanical Garden. Located in Xinglong a less than one and a half hour drive from Sanya, Xinglong Tropical Botanical Garden was built in 1957 covering an area of 400,000 sq. meters with 1200 tropical plants. It is nearly perfect for plants to grow; now the botanic garden does not only play the role of an important agricultural base, but also a famous tourism resort. It really deserves the name of "tropical plants encyclopedia". It will be a wonderful experience to know what Coco, coffee, peppers and many other plants we may never see them before look like before you have them in your cups. It is one of the most popular tourists attractions in Hainan.

Day 10 Xinglong - Sanya

After breakfast, visit the Coconut Ancient Village, later drive by the Xiangshui Bay to Sanya, the southernmost city of China also known as Hawaii of the Orient. You will tour Yalong Bay reputed as  the First Bay in China”. Yalong Bay, sitting roughly on the same latitude as Hawaii, Yalong Bay boasts the five essential elements: fresh air, sea, sands, sunshine and lush green plants.

Day 11 Sanya

In the morning, drive by Coconut landscaping belt, visit the Nanshan Buddhism Monastery. Nanshan Cultural Tourist Zone (Nanshan Temple), Located just 40 km west of Sanya City along the Hainan West Expressway, Nanshan Cultural Tourist Zone was designed by the New York International City Design Co. of the US. It is the first scenic spot in China that implements the ISO 14000 environmental management system, displaying mainly Buddhist culture as well as the Chinese culture, national folklore, ocean scenery and historical sites. Visit the Tianya Haijiao Seaside Park (including the battery cart). Tianya Haijiao, also be interpreted as "the end of the sky and the corner of the sea", means the remotest corner of the earth, is undoubtedly Sanya's most famous scenic spot and the highlight for almost every visitors. At last, we visit Peak Park. The name Luohuitou which means the deer turning its head back. It is located in the north of Sanya about 5 KM away from the urban city, perched on the edge of the South China Sea. Inside Peak Park, there are winding paths, Halley's comet observation station built on the mountain, white wave-hearing pavilion, red Guanghai kiosk, the lover's island, and other scenic spots like the Monkey Mountain, Deer House, Hut of Li People, Turtle's Heaven and the Immortal Pond.

Day 12 Sanya -USA

After breakfast, you are transferred to airport for your return flight back to your home. You will be in the United States the same day. End of tour.
