Itinerary
Day 1 USA - Beijing
Board an international flight bound for China. Cross the International Date Line.
Day 2 Beijing
Arrive in Beijing, the capital of China. Our guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the luxury hotel for rest and relaxation.
Day 3 Beijing - Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia
Transfer to airport and fly to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Upon arrival at the “Chinggis Khaan” International Airport of Ulaanbaatar, meet our guide and transfer to hotel. Lunch at restaurant. In the afternoon, our city tour takes us to the Chinggis Khaan Square and Parliament House, followed by visit to National History Museum. Move to Gandan Monastery and visit. Late afternoon transfer to Bogd Khan Palace Museum. At 6:00pm attend Tumen Ekh National Ensemble and enjoy the performance of Mongolian traditional songs, dance, and music. In the evening visit the Zaisan Memorial that honors Soviet soldiers killed in World War II.

Day 4 Ulaanbaatar - Terelj
After breakfast, travel to Chinggis Khaan Statue complex for 90 kms. Visit to sites and exploring around. Then drive to the “Gorkhi-Terelj” National Park for 30 kms. Lunch at Ger camp. After lunch our sightseeing tour includes some famous points such as the Three Friends Cave, and the Turtle Rock. Next we visit a Mongolian nomadic family to see their daily life. Rest at En-Suite Deluxe Ger. Stay overnight in Terelj Lodge Ger camp.

Day 5 Terelj - Khustai National Park - Nomad Tribe
After breakfast, coach to “Khustai” National Park for 190 kms, one of the best-known and prestigious special protected areas in Mongolia, to see the historical spots and the beautiful wildlife including the unique wild horse – Takhi, and Przevalsky’s horse. Lunch at Ger camp. After visiting the Wild Horse Museum, we drive to Mongol Nomadic Ger camp. Rest at En-Suite Deluxe Ger. Evening enjoy the Mongolian traditional meal “Horhog”. Stay overnight in Mongol Nomadic Ger camp.

Day 6 Nomad Tribe - Ulaanbaatar - Hohhot
After breakfast, we are going to experience the everyday life of traditional Mongolian family and herders in real life. The activities include making and tasting dairy products, milking yaks, sheep, goats and watching horse show. Be transferred to the “Chinggis khan” International Airport and fly to Hohhot, the capital city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Inner Mongolia has a peculiar natural scenery, long history and brilliant culture. There are many historic sites in this area. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to our comfortable luxury hotel.

Day 7 Hohhot
After breakfast, we will head to the Inner Mongolia Museum, which is full of local ethnic characteristics. Through visiting the most authoritative northern nomadic ethnic exhibition group in China, the world's largest Cretaceous dinosaur fossils and mammoth fossils and other paleontology halls, we can understand the historical process of the origin, development and elevation of the Mongolian Plateau. After the visit, we will go to the Wang Zhaojun Museum, one of the eight most beautiful views in Hohhot. We will visit the world's only Xiongnu culture gallery, the gallery of Chinese ancient dynasties' marriage culture and the Khan's great tent, to understand the ancient Chinese "Xiongnu culture" and "marriage culture", and feel the ancient Chinese "Wang Zhaojun culture". Then we will go to the ancient architectural complex of Ming and Qing dynasties in Hohhot, and visit the Dazhaosi Temple, which is the home temple of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty in China. The Shakyamuni statue, golden dragon carving, and painted murals on the walls of the temple are all exquisite and famous. We will also visit the Old Street and Tongshun Lane, and have dinner at the lamb hotpot restaurant before checking into the hotel for rest.

Day 8 Hohhot
We will visit the General's Yamen, a key national cultural relic under state protection in China and known as the "First Mansion of the Desert South." The General's Yamen is the largest and most intact general's mansion in the Qing Dynasty in terms of scale and status. After experiencing several centuries of vicissitudes in history and political changes, it has been praised as "one general's mansion, half the history of Qingcheng." After the visit, we will cross the Daqing Mountain and head to the Xilamuren Grassland. On the way, we will have lunch at Wuchuan County, tasting the local delicacies of Inner Mongolia, Wuchuan Xiao noodles. After the meal, we will proceed to the largest obo in the grassland, the Hongger Obo, to watch the breathtaking large-scale live-action horse riding drama, "The Legend of Monan." Then we will go to the Mongolian yurt camp to experience the Mongolian ceremony of welcoming distant guests with a horse wine toast. After dinner, we will participate in the grassland bonfire party. (If there is windy, rainy, or snowy weather, the bonfire party will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.) Overnight accommodation will be in a traditional Mongolian felt yurt on the grassland.

Day 9 Hohhot - Yinken Resonant Sand Gorge - Ordos
We will witness the sunrise on the grassland in the morning. After breakfast (please note that the breakfast on the grassland is relatively simple, but our agency has prepared milk, bread, jam, and coffee for our guests), we will have a grassland horse riding experience. We will ride to the Obo Mountain to explore ancient rock paintings. After the activity, we will take a bus to the Kubuqi Desert, the seventh largest desert in China. We will arrive at the Yinken Xiangshawan, known as the "Disney of the Desert" (including entrance tickets and cable cars). Here, you can enjoy a free and casual tour of the Xiansha Island (including the entertainment package of the Xiangshawan Xiansha Island, camel riding, desert surfing cars, desert motorcycles, desert golf, desert bicycles, desert swings, aerial ropeways, Guolao Theater, and many other entertainment projects). After the desert activities, we will take a bus to Dalad Banner and stay there for the night.

Day 10 Ordos - Yinchuan
Continue our tour to Tomb of Genghis Khan, the great leader of the Mongol Tribe. The coffins containing the remains of the Khan and his wife are enshrined in bedroom palace behind the memorial hall in the center of three interconnected hall in the design of Mongolian yurts. We will proceed to Kangbashi, the first urban 4A-level scenic area in China. Here, we will visit the unique architectural landmarks such as the Mongolian Chess Plaza and the Library. We will also explore the Erdos Wedding Park to understand the wedding culture and folklore of the Mongolian people. In the Mongolian Chess Plaza, we can appreciate the blend of traditional Mongolian culture and modern urban design. The Library, on the other hand, offers a serene environment for reading and relaxation, reflecting the cultural pursuits of the local community. The Erdos Wedding Park is a vivid display of Mongolian wedding traditions and customs. Here, we can witness demonstrations of traditional wedding ceremonies, participate in cultural activities, and even have the opportunity to experience some of the wedding rituals ourselves. Later, we take bus to Yinchuan, the capital of Ningxia.

Day 11 Yinchuan - Zhongwei
This morning the bus takes us to Zhongwei where we visit the 108 Buddhist Pagodas. They range in height from 3.5 to 2.5 meters, fashioned in three shapes (pyramid, ground and vase) and arranged on a rising mountain slope in rows of increasing odd numbers to form a colossal triangle. Today's highlight is a cruise along the Yellow River by sheepskin raft.

Day 12 Zhongwei - Yinchuan
After breakfast, we drive back to Yinchuan, our tour starts with a visit to Western Xia Tombs, the largest and the best protected imperial cemeteries in China. Continue to Western Xia Museum to learn more of its history and culture. Later we proceed to see the cliff carvings in Helan Mountain.

Day 13 Yichuang - USA
After breakfast, you are transferred to airport for your return flight back to your home. You will be in the United States the same day. End of tour.
